Atlanta’s B-Team: The Rumble B’s

In addition to Atlanta’s all-star team the Dirty South Derby Girls (DSDG), the Rumble Bs also represent Atlanta in inter-league play.Originally just called the B team, the Rumble Bs were renamed in 2009. All Atlanta Rollergirls who are not members of DSDG are eligible to play for the Bs. The roster is ever changing as it is voted in by the league on a game-to-game basis. This process allows for the continuation of the Rumble B spirit that all skaters should be given the opportunity to represent Atlanta in inter-league play. The Bs play smaller leagues who are not members of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) as well as the B-teams of other WTFDA leagues. Sporting a near perfect record, the Rumble Bs are proud members of the Atlanta Rollergirls.
