1. All participants must be 21 and up.
2. Each person or group gets FIVE MINUTES to perform. This includes set up and take down. Thus, due to time constraints, we can not accept entries for bands that require more than this time to set up.
3. If paying by money order, please make it payable to Dirty South Derby.
4. All entries are due by April 26. If you are mailing in your form, it must be post marked no later than April 26 in order to be considered.
5. First, Second, and Third place winners will be decided by an impartial panel of three guest judges.
