Can I do more than 30-31 Leg Challenge workout repetitions?
Yes! As the challenge progresses you may find the 30-31 becomes too easy and you want to push yourself– but please keep in mind to always put good form over quantity that if you feel pain you should stop–and the Atlanta Rollergirls recommend that if you want to challenge yourself, add some other body parts or aerobic exercise to the mix for a well-rounded workout!
Do I need to track my progress?
No, but keeping track of your progress will help you to watch yourself improve throughout the challenge. We recommend sharing your progress with your friends on social media and definitely with us on our 31 Day Leg challenge FB page!
Can I challenge my friends?
Yes–please challenge your friends and if you’re a rollergirl, challenge your teammates!

Is there a winner?!
There is no winner for this challenge, the award is proving to yourself that you can do it and also getting nicer legs in the process…but we will definitely give a shout-out or two at our upcoming bouts and on our Facebook page–so stay motivated and have fun! Keep an eye out for our future challenges, too!
